On numerous devices, you can establish time constraints for applications, limit specific websites, and track the amount of time spent on screens.

PHOENIX — Do you have knowledge of the time you use on your phone?

Most devices keep track of the total duration spent on them, down to the time utilized on specific applications, and the frequency of phone unlocks per day. Some phones even allow you to compare your daily and weekly mean time on your phone.

Using this information, users can set restrictions for specific applications and websites, restrict content, and establish schedules for phone usage.

How can you obtain all of this information? 12News simplifies how to locate, comprehend, and utilize data from your phone's screen time reports.

You can also establish timers for specific applications or websites, and can also control timers on your teen's phone. Focus settings are also available, allowing users to disable notifications from specific applications or solely receive phone calls from specific individuals. To access focus modes, visit settings and then the focus tab.
