1. Introduction
NETQ.ME is a provider of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) web-based VPN Tunnel Accounts, both free and paid, using a credit system. Our servers are cloud-dedicated and virtual private networks (VPS) with high specifications and network speeds of up to 1 Gbps. Our servers support VPN Tunnel access on Windows PC, Linux, macOS, iOS, and Android for a reliable experience. Additionally, we offer support for wildcard domains for custom host needs.
2. Payment and Renewal
The free VPN Tunnel Accounts have an active period ranging from 3 days to 7 days. Users can renew the active period after 24 hours of use while supplies last. For VIP users, it has its own advantages, namely getting a special VIP server and a VPN Tunnel account with a lifetime active period. Premium VPN Tunnel Accounts can be purchased by doing a credit top-up. The credit balance is charged every hour for an active VPN Tunnel Account. Users are free to create, edit and delete VPN Tunnel Accounts at any time.
3. Prohibited Uses
The Website may be used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Agreement. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, regulations, and ordinances regarding your use of the Website. NETQ.ME reserves the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of the Agreement and to take any action NETQ.ME deems appropriate, including but not limited to canceling your service, reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to your profile, email addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses and traffic information.
4. No Resale of Service
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission by NETQ.ME.
5. Modifications to Service
NETQ.ME reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
6. Termination
NETQ.ME may terminate your access to all or any part of the Website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
NETQ.ME makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Website or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Website. You expressly agree that your use of the Website is at your sole risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
NETQ.ME shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of incorporation of NETQ.ME, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
10. Disputes
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Website shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the country of incorporation of NETQ.ME. Any judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
11. Changes to the Agreement
NETQ.ME reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.
12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with any and all other legal notices and statements contained on the Website, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and NETQ.ME concerning the use of the Website.
